What to expect with Equine Inspired Coaching

Coaching is a relationship that supports and guides you to your inherent wisdom, passion and authenticity. The more trust and respect that builds in that relationship, the more the relationship will support you in your goals and vision.

Personal and professional growth are challenging propositions! The coach is your advocate, support and guide to ensure that the rewards are well worth the physical, emotional, spiritual and financial investments. The coach also assists you through the inevitable frustrations, challenges and set backs that are a natural part of the growth cycle.

Free Introductory session is a complimentary opportunity to determine if we are a good fit for one another. We get to know one another discuss your goals and objectives at a high level and potentially arrange a future session. This initial conversation lasts approximately 20 - 30 minutes and can take place in person or over the phone.

The first session following the introductory session, focuses on your goals in more detail, assessments as to your areas of strength and interest, and planning for how to achieve those goals. It lasts approximately 90 minutes and can occur in person or over the phone.

All other sessions begin with a discussion to check in on your progress of integrating the skills since the last session, review your overall intentions and determine if you have any particular goals for the session. At the end of each session, we debrief and discuss the session, reflect on what was learned, and plan for how to integrate those skills into your daily life.

Transformative Coaching: Discussions are in person or over the phone with Rachel.

Equine Inspired Coaching: You spend time interacting with the horses, exploring and practicing your new skills while receiving feedback from the horses as well as Rachel.

Rachel offers wit, wisdom and soul to support you as you delve into yourself to explore, expand and create lasting change.
