Equine Inspired Coaching is unique because it includes not only the human coach, specially trained in supporting development and growth, it also includes the absolutely unique perspective of the horse. It combines the power of Transformative Coaching with the powerful wisdom and spirit of the horse. This approach can be applied to personal or professional goals.

These are experiential, or "learn by doing", programs that greatly accelerate your learning by integrating the wisdom of your body, mind and spirit. You explore and hone new skills with direct and real time feedback from the horse, enabling you to transfer your new skills directly to your life.

The horses volunteer to act as a mirror to our emotions and our behaviors. They support the learning of the human clients by utilizing their innate skills of awareness, intention and absolute presence in the moment.

Sometimes you will choose a horse, and sometimes the horse will choose you! There are also times when the human facilitator chooses a horse for a specific lesson. In other scenarios, the human facilitator asks for the help of two or more horses, to demonstrate group dynamics, leadership, communication and presence in the moment.

Even such routine tasks as catching, leading, and grooming the horses, can reveal your perspective on relationships, personal authority, communications skills and the strength of your boundaries. As the sessions proceed, and you becomes more confident in your skills, the facilitators will continue to support your growth with additional exercises.

Rachel Dexheimer is the human facilitator for the Equine Inspired Coaching. Sessions can be purchased individually at $195, or as a package. It can also be combined with Equine Inspired Coaching for a personalized package. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes and is conducted at our facility in Maple Valley, Washington.
